The energy you enjoy fuels all the activities you experience in and around you on a daily basis. Only recently scientists have discovered something very mysterious about energy as they unravel the mysteries of the universe. They believe there is a force called dark energy, a non light-emitting field that strangely enough is estimated to make up the vast majority of the known universe.
Dark energy, light energy, matter, antimatter, atomic and sub-atomic particles… understanding them may never be fully understood in our short lifespan, but we all experience their effects every day. We read and talk about how we are affected by the energy of life with themes about the struggle between light and darkness, good and evil. It permeates the ideologies of our personal stories and of our most private religious contemplations. To order and balance our life, a mastery over both the light and dark energies needs to be translated into the realm of our real-life necessities and needs. The subject of this struggle may have opinions on all sides but to simplify the topic, let's focus on the upside, on the positive and feel-good aspects of energy.
There is a positive life force that revives the spirit, that inspires and uplifts hopes, enlivening and energizing self-fulfilling dreams and aspirations. Those who provide you with a feeling of security and support throughout your time together? These are the kinds of people you want to be with because their energy concerning you is productive, life-affirming, and life-giving. They bless you with their thoughts of light-filled energy, and when you experience it, you want more.
This is the life-giving power you wield on a daily basis. You embody the power to turn on the light or to turn it off. It all depends on how you use the power invested in the energy of your words, your thoughts, your actions. For good or evil, for building up or for tearing down, for encouraging or for destroying, these are the powers you wield in the kingdom you nave been entrusted with here on earth.
Like it or not, believe it or not, we are all energy producing, energy transferring generators, and our output is measured by how much we add to the creation of life or how much we deplete, detract, or destroy it. Are you a source for positive, life-giving thoughts fueled by the energy of your life? Do your thoughts have a tendency to build up the downtrodden, to solve problems by searching for and hoping for the best or by understanding that even the weakest elements of life have a way of working out their issues over time?
Can you apply these ideals to the memories of life that arise as reflections of your own experiences today? Could you filter them all with a more positive outlook, rephrasing each event with a life-emoting recollection that uplifts and adds a measure of compassion or a level of deeper understanding?
Can memories be turned into higher hopes, elevating them above conditions beyond your control, and restructuring them with energies now firmly in your control? Could you restate the events of your life in ever more refined terms, focusing on the good, the pure, and the lovely for the sake of all concerned? Could your thoughts be used as launching pads for a new, more enlivened source for tomorrow's remembrances, restating perspectives from your past for the healing of all that will be remembered in the future? Could your memories be the fuel you use to flood your life with recollections reflecting the qualities of your greatest love, for now and for all your future memories to come?
